What health insurances do you take?

Our clinic appointments are Fee-For-Service only. You may use you insurance benefits, however, for other health care needs, such as labs, diagnostic imaging, etc. We can send labs to Quest, CPL and Lab Corp. We can send imaging orders to Austin Radiological Association.

I saw you as a patient in a previous clinical setting. Am I considered a new patient or a follow up patient?

If I have seen you in any clinical setting in the past, I am honoring you as a follow up patient. I, will, however, require that we get your medical records from the previous setting – so we can pick up exactly where we left off. I am thankful to be able to continue to care for you!

Are there any special discounts your clinic offers?

We do have two Family Wellness Plans that are one-time annual fees which provide services throughout the year. Please see the Services Offered section for more information.

We offer a 20% discount for patients who are Medicare-insured, active or retired military, and active or retired first responders. Proper identification must be provided at the time your appointment is scheduled in order to utilize this discount.

How long do you set aside for your appointments?

I feel passionately about getting away from the health care industry standard of 15 minutes. The time I set aside not only ensures you are thoroughly interviewed and examined but also that you have any and all questions or concerns addressed before you walk out my door. Any needed screening/preventative studies, labs, or other diagnostic testing and refills are also provided within that period of time.

  • For new consultations, I set aside 75 minutes.
  • For adult wellness and hormone follow ups, I set aside 60 minutes.
  • For acute visits and pediatric wellness visits, I set aside 30 minutes.

I encourage you to bring all your questions and concerns with you to your appointment. And make the most of our time together!

I believe health care needs to be directed away from large multi-level health systems streamlined to be money-making business enterprises with huge profits and, instead – the focus needs to fall back on you, the patient, and your health needs. I choose to challenge the industry-wide standard of a 15 minute health care visit. Health and wellness is a journey, what I call “being the best version of yourself” – and this cannot be contained within such a short allotment of time.
